When billing your insurance, deductibles and copays are due at the time of service. The balance is then billed and paid by your insurance company. Each insurance plan is different. Cancellation Policy
We understand that things happen! Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you can’t make your appointment. If you miss your appointment and fail to notify us, we will bill for the full cost of the session.
